Abdullah Elsafty

Abdullah is a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the chair of Civil and Building Systems at the Institute for Civil Engineering at the Technical University Berlin.

In 2022, he joined the ReconTOP (Reconstruction of as-built Building Models) project, it's in a collaboration between Technische Universität Wien and Technische Universität Berlin.

Abdullah received his B.Sc. degree in construction and building engineering, Egypt, in 2013. He received a specialized diploma in construction and project management from the department of structural engineering at Alexandria University, in 2016.

He proceeded to complete a Master of Science degree in Construction and Building Engineering from AAST, Egypt in 2021. In parallel, He also worked as a Teaching Assistant since 2017.

Industrially, Abdullah worked beside his studies as a Planning Engineer as well as a BIM Coordinator in one of the top construction companies in Egypt for millions of dollars of projects throughout the Middle East.
