Lucian Ungureanu

Lupe

Lucian is a Research Assistant for the chair in Civil and Building Systems at the Institute for Civil Engineering at the Technical University Berlin.

He completed his Ph.D., and his undergraduate studies at "Gheorghe Asachi" Techical University of Iasi where he was a Student at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Building Services. His research interests are in the areas of BIM, Big Data and Systems Engineering.

As a professional, Lucian has worked in his career with ARCADIS on various projects such as Building, Infrastructures, Rails in Europe and Middle East. As examples, he worked on:

He also got involved on implementing BIM at organizational and project level. Also, he worked as a freelancer for the Romanian market on various fields such as structural engineering, cost estimations construction planning.
