The SAFE-10-T Twelve-Month Meeting

Montag, 28. Mai 2018

The SAFE-10-T project, which started in May 2017, has been running progressively for one year. Each partner is expected to have accomplished some determined goals or progress during the year. Therefore, the twelve-month meeting was held as a mean for all partners to present and discuss the progress and the goals that have been achieved.

The SAFE-10-T twelve-month meeting was located at Hotel Kolovare in Zadar, one of the scenic city in Croatia, for two consecutive days (16 and 17 May 2018). At the same days, the 5th International Conference on Road and Rail Infrastructure (CETRA) was also held in Hotel Kolovare Zadar. The SAFE-10-T project also participated in this conference by submitting conference paper.

During the two days, each partner of SAFE-10-T presented the progress they have made so far. However, the main focuses of this meeting were the Global Safety Framework of the project and the Decision Support Tool. Respectively, the two main focuses are responsible for the workflow of the safety assessment and the end-result of the project. A stakeholder workshop was also held by ISIG, one of the SAFE-10-T partner, with the title Defining an Integrated Users' Demand Analysis at Network Level. This workshop discussed the content of the questionnaire for the users of the chosen infrastructures in TEN-T network.

The SAFE-10-T project, which is funded by the European Union's Horizon 2020, is a project to develop a Decision Support Tool for infrastructure managers on the TEN-T network.
