New publication on Plug-and-Play solutions for energy-efficiency deep renovation of European building stock

Prof. Hartmann and Christoph Bindal-Gutsche are part of the upcoming publication “Plug-and-Play Solutions for Energy-Efficiency Deep Renovation of European Building Stock”. This publication was directed by Dr. Rizal Sebastian. The paper presents a research on Plug-and-Play (PnP) technologies supported by Building Information Modelling (BIM) to provide affordable, interchangeable and quick-installation solutions to overcome the main barriers of building deep renovation. The publication also refers to the EU collaborative research project P2Endure, which is focused on practical development and implementation of Plug-and-Play (PnP) solutions and tools for deep renovation of residential and public buildings.
