Freitag, 30. November 2018
The SAFE-10-T project again held its regular meeting with all partners which held every six months. The SAFE-10-T 18 Month meeting was held in in Gorizia, a beautiful town in northeastern Italy and shares border with Slovenia, which accommodated by ISIG. This meeting was held at ISIG premises on 14 – 15 November 2018. By utilizing the whole two days for the meeting, all partners managed to achieve some agreements in respect of Decision Support Tool as well as its critical concept, detail information for each demo project in SAFE-10-T, and the progress for each partner.
First day of meeting was started by discussing Decision Support Tool. Decision Support Tool in this project has a role to support decision making regarding the management of transport infrastructure along European TEN-T network. By implementing machine learning into Decision Support Tool, the tool will be used to determine risk and cost associated with given threat scenarios. Threat scenarios here means a threat that can act directly or indirectly on an infrastructure asset with a certain magnitude, with a possibility to hinder infrastructure performance. Afterward, the meeting was continued by discussing the probabilities of threat scenarios, probabilities of failure mod due to the related threat scenarios, and total consequences for failure modes per scenarios for each demo project.
The meeting then continued the next day by discussing the progress for each partner. Each partner presents the progress and achievement during the last six months. Partners from SAFE-10-T were also informed about the importance of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the necessary to sign the GDPR agreement. At the end the meeting, all partners agreed for the next meeting, 24M meeting, will be held in Berlin with TU Berlin as the host.
The SAFE-10-T project, which is funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020, is a project to develop a Decision Support Tool for infrastructure managers on the TEN-T network.
